We
hope everyone is safe and healthy and want to thank you all for
registering to play spring soccer. Due to the uncertainty that the
COVID-19 pandemic has caused and governor Coopers' orders to have
schools remain closed for the rest of the school year, we have decided
to officially cancel the spring recreation soccer season.
The TVSA Board has decided to deal with paid registration fees in one of three ways:
2. Partial Credit towards fall season
TVSA
has paid some unrecoverable costs on uniforms, US/NC Youth Soccer
league fees, and player and coach insurance in an amount of about $20
per player. Any requested refund or credit will be in an amount you
paid to TVSA minus this $20. We still plan on distributing all uniforms
to teams and players that have not received them yet and at a time when
conditions allow.
If
you would like to request a partial refund for our 2020 spring season
or receive partial credit for our 2020 fall season, please email
[email protected] with the account holders and players names and
we will accommodate you accordingly.
TVSA
is a volunteer run, nonprofit organization that keeps registration fees
very low and any donation is very helpful and greatly appreciated.
Therefore, should you wish to allocate your remaining balance as a
donation to TVSA, please also let us know so that we may provide you
with appropriate tax receipts.
